Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Luxeridex and its licensors.
Cancellation Policy
1. Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
3. No Shows
Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the total booking cost.
